Customers are responsible for providing artwork of sufficient
quality and resolution for the requested product unless design or
artwork preparation services are included in the order.
Low-resolution, compressed, incorrectly sized, or otherwise
unsuitable files may affect print quality.
When appropriate, 4HD PRINT may contact the customer to request
replacement artwork or recommend additional design preparation.
Certain orders may require the customer to review and approve a
digital proof, mockup, design, or other representation before
production begins.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all relevant details,
including spelling, layout, colors, placement, quantities, and
other visible information.
Once a customer approves a proof and production begins, changes
may no longer be possible.
Additional costs may apply if changes or reprints are requested
because of information or errors that were present in an approved
proof.
Colors displayed on screens may differ from colors produced in
print.
Differences may result from monitor settings, color profiles,
printing methods, inks, materials, garment colors, transfer
processes, and other production variables.
Minor variations that are normal for the applicable production
method may not constitute a defect.
Prices displayed on the website are presented in U.S. dollars
unless otherwise stated.
Product prices may change from time to time without prior notice.
A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has
already been completed and accepted, except where correction is
required because of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing,
technical or administrative errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing error materially affects an order, 4HD PRINT
may contact the customer before production to explain the issue
and provide available options.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or
communicated when an order or project is arranged directly with
4HD PRINT.
Orders may require payment authorization or completed payment
before production begins.
Specific deposit and milestone-payment requirements for large
orders, Graphic Design projects, and Web Solutions are
pending final determination.
Applicable sales taxes or other required charges may be calculated
and added to an order as required.
The amount charged may depend on the products or services
purchased and the applicable transaction or delivery location.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily
mean that an order has entered production.
Certain orders may require artwork review, payment verification,
material availability, customer approval, or additional
information before production can begin.
4HD PRINT reserves the right to contact a customer regarding an
order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled as submitted.
Customers should contact 4HD PRINT as soon as possible if they
need to request a change or cancellation.
Once design work, material purchasing, printing, customization,
or production has begun, changes or cancellation may be limited
or unavailable.
Costs already incurred or work already completed may affect the
amount eligible for refund.
Final cancellation conditions are
pending review.
Production times may vary depending on product type, quantity,
artwork, customization method, material availability, customer
approvals, and current workload.
Production time does not include shipping transit time.
Estimated completion dates are estimates unless 4HD PRINT
expressly agrees to a guaranteed deadline.
Shipping and local pickup are subject to the conditions described
in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and
contact information.
Orders selected for local pickup should not be collected until
the customer has received confirmation that the order is ready.
Returns, exchanges, corrections, reprints, and refunds are subject
to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because customized products are produced specifically for the
customer, they may not qualify for return or refund simply because
the customer changes their mind.
Graphic Design services may include logo design, branding,
identity development, print design, promotional design, and other
creative services.
Individual services may specify:

and does not necessarily include the creation of an entirely new
design direction.
Additional terms governing ownership, source files, cancellations,
and project completion are pending final review.
Website design, development, maintenance, and related services may
require separate project specifications, milestones, approvals,

Customers retain their existing rights in original materials they
provide to 4HD PRINT.
By submitting those materials for an order, the customer grants
4HD PRINT the permission necessary to reproduce, modify, prepare,
print, or otherwise process those materials for the purpose of
completing the requested order or service.
The 4HD PRINT name, branding, website design, original website
content, and other materials created and owned by 4HD PRINT may be
protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product or service does not automatically transfer
ownership of unrelated 4HD PRINT intellectual property.
Ownership and licensing terms for custom Graphic Design and Web
Solutions will be defined by the applicable service terms.
If the website allows customers to create accounts, customers are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account
credentials and for providing accurate account information.
Customers should contact 4HD PRINT if they believe their account
has been accessed without authorization.
Promotions, coupons, or discount codes may be subject to
